AI designed by recruiters for recruiters

We have developed Aglae, a proprietary Artificial Intelligence resulting from 10 years of research and development (R&D), to use technology to remove the barriers to employment. Co-constructed by our recruiters and our AI R&D teams, Aglae automates the most time-consuming tasks, giving the human element back its rightful place.

Gojob is redefining recruitment standards thanks to its AI, which enables recruiters to find the right candidate for any vacancy by pre-selecting the best applications and reactivating its pool of former candidates.

Conversational agents to pre-qualify candidates

Aglae is based on an architecture ofconversational AI agents using the latest Large Language Models(LLM). It interacts directly with candidates via SMS or other channels.

The conversational AI agent is trained to conduct recruitment conversations as a recruiter would in the pre-qualification phase, while answering candidates’ questions. The use of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) guarantees accurate, hallucination-free answers by connecting the AI agent in real time to job descriptions and knowledge bases.

Aglae handles 50,000 automated conversations a week, with intelligent management of “borderline cases”.

AI automatically enhances the value of the applicant pool

AI transforms the unstructured natural language resulting from SMS/WhatsApp exchanges into actionable data for the recruitment process.

Multi-vector matching to reduce recruitment lead times

Over 2 billion scores calculated each week by a multi-vector matching engine.

Matching goes beyond simple keywords. Advanced semantic analysis cross-references the Gojob skills framework (850+ job categories) with candidates’ performance history.

Result: A drastic reduction in recruitment time (up to 8 days saved per placement) thanks to surgical precision sorting.
